Swansea beach bootcamp:
Fitness bootcamp based in Swansea which is open to anyone looking
to get fit, lose weight, tone up or to meet new people.
It is a great way
to get fit involving bootcamp exercises such as tyre flipping, tug of war,
barrell rolling and throwing, rope whips, farmers walk, tyre runs and much more
all blended with Kettlebells,Cross fit, Insanity, circuits, cardio, abs, toning
and conditioning. This makes it unique and can be enjoyed by
anyone!!!

Class sizes
Maximum class numbers are between 20-30 people so book in advance to avoid dissapointment.

Thursday- 6.30am 6.30pm- Idols satff fitness night!
Saturday- 10.00am

Meeting point is in the car park by the yellow speed camera and traffic lights, which is located just off mumbles road opposite Swansea Universities Sketty lane playing fields and Singleton Park.
